Wow. These guys were freaking phenomenal from start to finish! Sam came out within a day to give us an estimate and their price for a hood vent installation and range gas line beat out four other companies. The work was scheduled within the same week when most other companies couldn't get to us for several weeks. Justin, Braxton and John were super great to our dogs and kids. They worked fast and triple measured everything to make sure it was absolutely perfect! Justin even changed out our seriously dirty air filter for free just because he noticed it was dirty. John was a rockstar and had zero issue climbing through our very small attic access. These guys went above and beyond to make this a really great experience and made me feel like a million bucks for hiring them. We will be calling Spokane Plumbing and Heating for any and all of our future needs! These guys were so great!

Stop scrolling looking for plumbers in your area and give Sam a call at Spokane Plumbing and Heating. These guys are amazing! I had a non emergency issue at my home. I put in a request through Yelp for more information. Within 20 minutes, I received a message back from Renee to give Sam a text. It was past 7pm at night and figured I wouldn't get a response till tomorrow. Within 10 minutes, Sam replied and asked what my issue was. He informed me he was aware it wasn't an emergency but could probably get us taken care of the next day between appointments. Sam texted me the next day to make sure I was good with his arrival time. Sam and team were able to fix my issue, as well as another small piping issue in the same area, quickly, and with great quality. Give them a call. They will not disappoint!

My toilet began overflowing so I requested Yelp recommendations. Renee got back to me immediately and put me in touch with Sam. Sam was AMAZING! Turns out my problem was a super easy fix and Sam was able to walk me through it over the phone! He could've sent someone out to look at it but instead he had me send him pics and describe my problem & we were able to resolve it in minutes...for no charge! He was professional and very courteous. Hopefully I don't have any future plumbing problems, but if I do I will definitely be calling Sam w/ Spokane Plumbing & Heating and I recommend anyone in need of a plumber do the same thing!!!

My toilet flooded in my bedroom. Called them the morning it happened and they had someone come within a couple hours and fixed it right away for a good rate too.

I've never had any plumbing problems, but I'll be calling them from now on. Mike and his partner were cool and helped alot. Thanks again guys.

Heat was on but we were freezing. We all had bad colds. Blower was working but no hot air. 30 degrees outside and it was snowing. The interior temp of the house was 57 and diving. It was 4 PM. Went to Yelp. Most of the other HVAC companies closed at 4PM. Their page said he was open 24 hours. I called the number and Sam the owner answered the phone.

He was here by 5:30 PM. A component was blown and we had heat by 6:30.

Hero of the day. He did not jack us up with an end of day legit request. Best service ever!!!

My mother in laws pipes froze on a Saturday afternoon.  I called Sam who answered right away. He came when he said he would and communicated throughout his anticipated arrival. I had a small project which included a hose bib for the garage and an ice maker connection.
Sam was very prompt and efficient, and his knowledge and experience made me realize how glad I didn't attempt to tackle the job myself!
I also met John, one of the heating specialists, who stopped by to drop off a part and help out.

"It was worth the money, the heater has never worked better."

My heater was cycling on and off. The tech was able to diagnose a couple of issues. The previous homeowners did not change or use air filters causing the system to be very dirty. The tech cleaned the system and found a bad temperature cut-out switch. It was worth the money, the heater has never worked better. Thank you Spokane Plumbing and Heating.

Sam and his team have done a couple of jobs for us now and both times we've been very pleased with their competency, their kindness, their professionalism and finally very fair pricing.

They have done everything from roof vents, stove vents, bath drain fix, kitchen drain fix, natural gas stove installation with gas line and more. I doubt that there is anything regarding plumbing, heating, cooling and HVAC that these guys couldn't do.

We're very thankful to have found Sam and company and will continue to work with them on our home projects!

Spokane Plumbing and Heating exceeded my expectations in so many ways.  I had water that wouldn't shut off requiring me to shut the water to the entire house.  Sam, the owner came out within an hour of my frantic call.  He was totally courteous, cut the wall to access the pipe, didn't leave a mess and charged my half of what I expected to pay.
I put his card on my fridge to call if I have future plumbing or furnace problems.
